Arresto Menor

Regular employee po ako for 5 years. Na-dissolve ang department namin so now nasa floating status ako. mag 3 months na ako walang trabaho mula sa company. may makukuha ba akong separation pay? thanks

Reclusion Perpetua

You can be on floating status for 6 months. If after 6 months hindi ka pa din na re instate, then the company will have to retrenched you. You will be entitled for retrenchment pay.
