Arresto Menor

Hi. May mom helped her tie up partner to claim insurance. They wanted higher claims kaya pinabgo nila sa mom ko. Ginaya ng mom ko pirma ng judge and and complainants sa nlrc pero gnwa lang nmn nya un kasi sinabi ng partner nya. Sya lang ba liable dun? Whats the penalty? Pwede bang ilaban un? Thanks

Liable mom mo forging the signature while liable partner niya if siya nag induce sa mom mo gawin ang forgery.

Best to settle the case.
