Homehelo atrny...i bought a house and i forge my husbands signature since he was in another country but now hes here he doesnt want the house and he told me that hell sue me for forging..will i go to jail?

if he charges you with estafa or falsification of private document, you'll have a good defense.
but if that document was notarized then you'll have legal problems.

yes..he sue me for falsification attrny..but in fact he knew that i forge his signature beforhand...yes po it was notarized
