I got a friend who took a money in the company...and my friend admitted the crime. She promised to pay the amount on a staggard payment...but the company did not allow it...and asked to pay in full.

My friend is very willing to settle...but at this point...the company is harassing my friend to pay in full...what should my friend do...

Admission makes you answerable to the crime:

Two choices....

1. Hire a lawyer.

2. Find ways to pay in full.
