The Prosecutor will determine if there is a probable cause that the crime has been committed and file the information before the Court without taking your side. Afterwhich a warrant of arrest may be issued against you.

My advise, hire a lawyer to help you prepare your defense, attend the PI, and submit your counter-affidavit.
