Gusto ko pong malaman anong kaso ang puede ko masampa sa ka trabaho ko na nag forge nang aking pirma? Nag admit na po sya through NTE na nag forge po sya nang aking pirma.

DEPENDE, kulang kasi kwento mo e. Kung ginawa niya iyong sa 'personal capacity' niya ay labas na ang kumpanya doon. Pero kung ginawa niya iyon bilang empleyado at ikaw ang officer, tignan mo Code of Conduct niyo. Ipasok mo sa deviation, fraud, dishonesty.

At depende kung saan at paano ginawa, baka pwede mong kasuhan sa korte ng falsification of (private/public/commercial) documents.

Arresto Menor

Ang ginawa po ng katrabaho ko, nag pass ng certificate of employment sa isang  telecom company using the company's logo and my name as officer, then signed a signature similar to mine. When the telephone company called and verified dun ko po nalaman na ginamit nga po ang pangalan at pirma ko. Salamat po sa advise.

In this case, it is the company that is considered the offended party and NOT you as an officer (assuming you are an officer). As such, the former can be sanctioned under the company code of conduct.
