elo...atty...im working po s isang company nkagawa po ako ng mali i made my own cert of employment at under the documents my name ng manager namin at pinirmahan ko siya ng ibang pirma ?liable po bko??for the case of forgery??

yes, you are. but i would argue civilly, not criminally unless it can be shown that you used it to swindle someone.

hi. atty ask ko lang po kasi yung brother ko nagworked as a seaman before.then when he got home he found out na naka withdraw yung asawa niya ng pera sa bangko ng di niya alam.at ginaya niya po ang signature ng kuya ko anu po ba kaso ang dapat namin isampa.
