good day po,, halimbawa po sa isang lupa na tatlo ang nagmamay-ari nagbigay sa akin ng special power of attorney yung tatlo, at ngayon namatay na yung dalawa,,. magkakaroon parin ba ng bisa yung special power of attorney kung isa nalang ang buhay na nagbigay sa kin ng special power of attorney..

wala nang bisa yung special power of attorney ng 2 namatay. Humingi ka ng bagong SPA sa mga heirs o tagapagmana ng mga namatay.
