Dear members,

Q: Auntie left the Philippines 30 years ago, and get double nationality PH/US.

Now Auntie gives to her Philippine cousin in the PH a Special Power of Attorney letter to orchestrate the selling of her lot in the PH.

This SPA is made up by an American attorney in the US!

I doubt, and don`t know if this letter has legal grounds here in the Philippines.

Your answers will be highly appreciated

have it authenticated at the Philippine embassy in US.
