Ang SPA ko ay ang asawa ng kapatid ko. isa po akong OFW dito sa hong kong at single parent. ang first property nakuha ko nung pang 2003 and payable for 10 yrs. napag alaman ko na sept 2010 pa nya di binabayaran ang bahay. Umutang kasi sila sa akin ng 200,000 pesos at sabi nilang mag asawa na wag n ko magpadala ng bayad sa bahay at sila nlng ang maghuhulog bilang bayaf sa utan nila pero yun nga di sila tumupad sa usapan. at ngayon forfirted na daw ang bahay if ko babayaran ang 378000. 2nd property nakuha ko nung March 2009 pero again srpt of that year di na rin nya ibinabayad ang mga pinapadala ko nanagpapadala ako hanggang july 2011. Ano po ba ang habol ko sa SPA ko at sa developer? Thank you po

Please use the right terminology when you say SPA you are referring to the document , if you are referring to the person who gives an authority is called attorney in fact.

Yung mother ko po kc nasa states tapos may pinapabenta sya na lupa nya dito sa Pilipinas at ako yung gusto nyang bigyan SPA para asikasuhin yung bentahan.

Ask ko lang po kung ano pong address and dapat na ilagay sa SPA nung principal na currently nasa states ngayon? Yung address nya po ba dito sa Pilipinas o yung address nya sa states? Tapos yung agent attorney-in-fact need pa po bang pumirma? Need nya po di ba na pumunta sa Philippine embassy dun para ipa-notarized? Need din po ba ng witnesses? Saka yung acknowledgment portion po na ganito kailangan din po ba?:
