1. This depends on the company's tax procedure, meaning the methodology they use, there are instances where your withheld taxes are spot on, meaning exact.
2. An employee should be paid for all the days that he has been at work, but please see the company's process for payroll, whether they pay real time or just based on actual logins.

Based on my co-employees, we have tax refund that will be release on Feb. 15. I'm just hoping lang na sana ibigay po yung saken. Kung hindi naman po, ano po ang pwede kong maging hakbang dito? Sir pwede rin po ba ako makahingi ng advice with regards po dito sa post ko na ito. Thank you po.

you are referring to tax refund for 2012.. so kailangan matanggap mo ito.. kung meron ka ngang tax refund... bakit naman nila hindi ibbibgay?

kung nag AWOL ka, they might hold your last pay including the tax refund.. until you get clearance.
