Arresto Menor

I am a teacher. I have already submitted a resignation letter and gave them 30 days to find a replacement. It's been two months since then and I just got a letter from them saying that I need to finish the school year as my leave of abscence ("I resigned") is not acceptable.

I need advice on how to proceed with these as they are threathening to sue for damages.

bakit inabot nang 2 months? dapat after nung 30 days hindi ka na pumasok.. yun lang ang obligation mo sa kanila.

@sir patok : sir, 30 days lang po ako pumasok after resignation, then after 2 months saka may dumating na letter dito sa akin galing sa kanila
