I need some advice regarding my situation... I've been through an admin hearing then got suspended without even telling me that I will be suspended.. Then after a day, I decided to submit a resignation letter but they did not accept it but terminated me instead... Do I just sign the termination papers?

How did you know you were suspended if you weren't told so?

We have this system that we need to swipe our ID at the guard house. When I swipe my ID, it is stated on my status that I am suspended then the guards did not let me in. They did not said anything about suspension. After the admin hearing, our HR supervisor just told me that I may go home without even telling me anything about suspension.

They just told me that the result will be provided after a few days... Is it okay to just sign the termination papers? Will it affect my status when I apply for a new job?
