As per our case, HLURB told us to complete the 20%dp. fortunately matatapos na namin yung 20% by September. so 1 month na lang. then tsaka kami mag ffile ng case against them. actually arbitration muna sa HLURB between me & NSJBI. may nare-resolve naman daw sa level ng HLURB pa lang. Pero kung sakaling matalo sa arbitration, pede tayong mag file ng formal case against NSJBI. we ask help from Public Attorney's Office.

So let's all do this together and by the way guys i was able to get a copy of cease & deceased order of HLURB to NSJBI. stating that they don't have liscense to sell since May 2010 for Victoria Station II

Thank u for your courage in posting what u have learned about that greedy developer NSJBI. I would just to clarify some details. You said that you have a pending case against them, is this thru HLURB? What project did you buy?
Just tell me how I can help.

Thanks! Offer for help is appreciated.
If my case was like yours, no license to sell or non completion of project, It would have been much easier and less expensive, but unfortunately it's not. My unit is already transferred to me and I'm already done with theconstruction and now such problem arise.
I just hope that you guys will stand firm in claiming your refunds and not let NSJB run away with your money.
