I find out from hlrub website that our developer sold to us our unit before they were able to get their license to sell. Its with Pag-ibig now and we've been paying our amortization for about 8months now. However the Land Title is still under the developers name. Can we still pull out and be able to get a full refund from the developer?

if they have license to sell now, then that is not a valid reason to pull out now. you can complain to the hlurb, but they will just be fined.
