Based on the memo issued by our management, our compressed work schedule should end last March 1, 2012. But until today they didn't issue a memo telling that we will be returning the regular 8 hours work per day.

As employees, what are we going to do regarding this? What are the legal implication on this between employee and the employer.

write a letter to management and you can report it to the dole. compressed work week is supposed to be with consent of the employees.
