Atty I purchased a lot from Realty company and I fully paid it 4 years ago but the company denied the transfer of my lot because according to them the real owner has rejected their agreement as seller of his lot. Actually, the company did not tell us that they are only the seller of the land and not the real owner. What would be my legal remedy on this, how long the case will last and is there any legal groups that can help me with this because right now I can afford to pay a lawyer.
