greetings,

I'm 30 years old and dito na po ako sa bahay na ito lumaki. Nalaman ko na yung lupa is leased lang ng father ko and someone and they are both deceased na (mas matagal nang yumao yung nagpa lease). Again, I have been here all my life, and yung mother ko masmatagal pa. Kami ang nagbabayad ng amiliar pero sa pangalan ng tatay ko. May kutob akong may mga ibang taong "gumagapang" sa lupang ito. Ayoko namang gumawa ng hakban kasi baka maalarma yung mga kamaganak ko sa father side and isipin nilang sosolohin ko itong lupa. Ang sakin lang po, gusto kong maging amin na on paper yung side ko kasi yung kabilang side ginawa nang paupahan ng family ko sa father side. Kailangan ko pong magkaroon ng matitirhan kasi po malapit na akong magkapamily.... and akin lang po gusto ko lang magkaroon ng security at wala po akong balak angkinin yung buong lupa. I just want to own my half. Salamat po.

Salamat po sa reply. Matagal na pong patay yung owner, and wala na rin daw yung mga relatives dito, if not patay na rin daw sila. Kami po ang nag babayad ng tax ng lupa. Natanong ko lang po kasi uyng atty po namin noon sinabi nya na pwede daw ma award sa amin yung property dahil more than 30 years na po kami nakatira dito at wala na yung mga may ari or something to that effect. Gusto ko lang po mahingi opinion nyo on the matter.

it is the owner's relatives who should inherit, and if none it goes to the government.
