Hi I hope someone can advise me with this concern...

My father has a legal wife when I was born. On my birth certificate, my mother declared that she and my dad were married when they are clearly not. And my dad does not have a signature on my birth certificate.

What can I do to correct this?

you will have to file a petition in court, and it has to be an adversarial proceeding with everyone interested notified.

the main point is that you have to file a case in court to change your status and correct the entries of your birth certificate. the court will require that parties who may have an interest in this be notified of the petition so they can have an opportunity to comment or oppose.
