bounced check issued from abroad

hi! Good day!

I would like to seek advice regarding my cousin's problem.

My cousin who is in Guam had a business here in Phil. Ang sister ko po ang nagmanage nung business nya. Ang payment for the rental po is thru PDC na galing po sa bank nya sa guam na sister ko nmn po ang taga abot.. Just recently po, nagkaron po ng problema, ung inissue daw po nyag check ay nagbounced sabi ung land lady.. then upon checking po sa bank nya sa guam, cleared nmn daw po... so hindi po nya alam kung san po ngkaron ng problema.

She advised po the land lady to wait until maayos ang problema. Hindi nmn po maakantay tong land lady. my questions po:

1. pwede po bang kasuhan ang kaptid ko dahil sa bounced check na inissue ng pinsan ko daw?

2. pwede po bang kasuhan ang pinsan ko who is in guam dahil din sa bounced check daw?

please help... thaks!

these are USD checks? first determine if the check really bounced? the cousin has to produce proof from the bank that the check cleared.

under whose name is the lease?
