I would like to ask kung legal po ba na tanggalin yung dalawang teachers working in the same school sa kadahilanang hindi sila magpapakasal.Maari pa po bang magwork as a teacher yung kaibigan ko kahit single parent sya..thanks

please be more clear. they have a relationship and the woman is now pregnant? was it a mutual decision not to get married or one of them refused?

under magna carta for women:

(c) Expulsion and non-readmission of women faculty due to pregnant;- outside of marriage shall be outlawed. No school shall turn out or refuse admission to a female student solely on the account of her having contracted pregnancy outside of marriage during her term in school.

They don't have a relationship. They are just bestfriends.It is now a mutual decision not to get married.

The school principal said that they will be terminated if they won't get married, she won't allow them not to get married. Also for the reason that they will serve as a benchmark for other teachers.She also said that the guy has to marry the girl because she is already pregnant. She kept on convincing the guy to marry the girl. She thought that the guy is still on denial stage.
Is it justifiable that they are not allowed to teach this coming school year, because they don't want to get married?
