Hi. Are all parties, including the complainant/offended party, in a criminal case supposed to be served with notices in the same way as in civil cases?

Lahat ba ng stages from arraignment to every setting dapat may notice/order na natatanggap ang offended party? The prosecutor handling the case kasi is very hard to contact. Palaging out of the office. We are just worried that the accused might have been released already na hindi namin alam, baka kasi kami balikan. Thanks.
