5 yrs na po aq sa work aq
Nung first 3 yrs po ay hire kmi ky agency1, after po nuon inilipat kmi ky agency2
Now po magsasara na ang planta namin sa QC at mag ttransfer sa laguna,
This december
May makukuha ho ba akong backpay o separtion pay
Since tchnician po aq sa company nila
Pro contractual po
Dumuduty po kmi ng panggabi ng walang kasamang regular technician
And naranasan ko din po ang dumuty ng halos 2yrs na panggabi at ginagawa ang trabaho ng regular employee since ang category q lng daw ay technician helper aid
Maibibigay ho ba ng agency ko ung 5 tain na hire ko sa company client nila
O ibibigay ho ba sa akin ng kumpanya ung 5taon na paninilbihan ko po sa kanila salamat po and more power

sa agency kayo employed hindi sa factory.. tuloy pa din ba ang employment nyo sa agency? ililipat ba kayo sa iba?

Opo daw kaso pineferform ko ung work ng regular nila isa pa labor only contractual ung agency q d b po automatic ung company ang employer q at ung agency ay agent lang nila

na inspect na ba kayo ng DOLE? sila ang mag ssasabi na labor only contractual ung agency.

as patok said, under kayo ng agency, and pwede kayo ilipat ng agency sa ibang client nila. so kung nag sara ang client, di kayo affected since agency ang nag hire at pasahod sa inyo.
