HI,
Good day to all.

We would like to ask what are the needed documents and procedures in adopting the step children?
I have 2 daughters before my husband and I got married. The kids are currently using their biological father's surname who is now deceased. In lieu of that event, me and my children wanted to use their stepdad's surname legally. My daughters are 11 and 8.
