what legal step can i do, i caught my wife cheated on me tru facebook messages?pls. read my story..

i am married for more than 5 years, recently i opened my wifes account on facebook and saw conversations from her friend which happened to be a law graduate. i really dont know how to start so im posting their conversation...please take time to read...its really affecting everything on me..emotionally and physically...
i want to do it on a legal way....i have a daughter and i really love her...i want a custody...my wife took pills without my knowlege before so i am thinking that was the she started cheating me..believe me i never cheated on her...

please im begging you...

Gather all the evidence, prints,screen shots,u need solid proof to file a case. U can play the game til u have a very solid proof. Then get a lawyer.

Kawawa naman daughter nyo, sya mag-susuffer ng consequences if ever. Anyway, i am not a lawyer, but as far as i know kapag minor pa ang anak usually ay sa mother tlga napupunta ang bata. But kung pwede pa naman pag-usapan at ayusin ung problem nyo mag-asawa, mas mgnda sana yun, b4 you take a legal action.. Anyway nasa sau pa din ang final decisions.. So goodluck.

You cannot prove adultery with this. although logically, she have another man. But in adultery evidence of actual sex must be presented. If you can do that, baka pa makuha mo ang custody ng bata. Good luck.
