Good day,
ang employee po ba ay entitled parin sa holiday day kahit suspended siya? we are monthly paid basis. example nalang ng aug. 21 holiday.

if you were suspended without pay the day before the holiday, then no, you are not entitled to holiday pay.

may schedule si employee before the holiday .. nka plot lang sa schedule niya na suspended siya on 21st August
