Good Day Attorneys, I just want to ask how to file a child Support for my child but the father is Indian and we just met in the Philippines two years ago. I believe that he’s already back on his country. He blocked me and avoided me when he found out that I was pregnant, that was two years ago. I tried to contact him again and his family but got no response. I’m not sure his whereabouts but he’s still working in the same company so maybe i can address it to the company instead?
