Bibili po kasi kami ng bahay worth 500k, then kami na po magtutuloy ng hulog sa pag-ibig ng 15yrs. Hindi na po namen idadaan sa pag-ibig yung paglipat ng pangalan ng borrowers since hindi rin naman kami pag-ibig member. Bale magpapagawa na lang po kami ng "Deed of Unconditional Transfer or rights" daw po ang ipapagawa namen sa attorney yan daw po yung payo nung brooker. Tama po ba yang ipapagawa namen? Sabi din po nung seller kahit hindi na din daw ipanotaryo kasi yung kaibigan n nyang attorney yung gagawa ng kasunduan namen, tama po ba yun?Hindi po ba kami magkakaproblema pag pinatransfer na namen yung titulo sa pangalan namen. Salamat po.
