Hi Guys,
Just want to consult my situation. kumuha kami ng car with assume balance, we gave the person a certain amount for downpayment. we both signed a contract stating such pero hindi pa notarized. Then nalaman nmin na ung kausap nmin ay inassume lang din pla ung car sa kaibgan nila after we checked the ORCR of the car. Sa tingin nyo po ba magkakaproblema kami in the future?
