Hi. Ask lang po. Bumili sister ko ng preselling condo, no reservation fee diretso sa dp na which started in Oct 2017, no contract from the bank yet and the case is it was also mentioned that magagawa by 2022 pero up until now wala pa yung building na ni yung una nga 2 bldngs di pa totally nabenta. Ang kaso kasi we wanted a refund hindi dahil sa hindi kaya but we need the money na for the operation of my sister who is paying it, is it possible to atleast have a refund not expecting a full but is it still possible? If yes, atleast how much? Are there anu exception for it?
