Good day po.
I am a new hired teacher in a private institution nakasign po kasi ako ng contract for 2 years.
kaso po hindi ko na po kaya yung sistema. I mean sir, nagagawa ko po macomply sa mga paperworks kaso as a human nagkakamali po ako. tapos po makakarinig ako ng salitang "Cumlaude pa man din boplaks", "nang nagpasabog ng katangahan sinalo nilang lahat" Hindi ko sya narinig personally but I have witnesses po. Is this a valid reason to file a resignation without threatening me to pay for the damages from breaching the contract?

worth of P50,000 po kasi yung Breach of Contract. and almost 4 months pa lang poko nagwowork.

Good afternoon po. I am a teacher at a private institution. I signed a 4 year contract po. By this time, I feel like I don't want to finish my contract dahil feeling ko po ay napapag-initan ako ng Admin namin. May nakalagay po sa kontrata ko about breach of contract pero hindi naman po stated kung magkano. Feeling ko po ay inaantay na lang nila na magpasa ako ng resignation letter. How will it be po kung magreresign ako at di na tapusin ang kontrata. Please help po. Salamat.

Depende kung sino ang gumagawa ng verbal abuse sayo. Pag yung serious insult sayo ay ginagawa ng employer mo o kaya ng representative nya, valid reason yun para hindi na kailanganin pang magbigay ng notice period sa employer. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/nature-consequences-resignation Pero dapat ang insult ay serious in nature, kasi kung masyado ka lang talagang balat-sibuyas, baka mas maigi parin kung tatapusin mo na lang yung notice period mo based sa contract na pinirmahan mo.
