Arresto Menor

Hi po.... tenant po kami sa isang stall/container space, kami lahat ang nagconstruct. With 3 mos deposit ho yun. From january to march medyo maganda naman ang takbo, can meet to pay the rental of 25,000/ month plus utilities bills. But pagdating ng april ho medyo humina na, kumukunti na ang customers, worsen each day, at hindi na ma meet yung target sales, can not even suffice to pay the rental.. unfortunately we were not being regarded by the organizer, At we were forced to operate kasi may penalty .We tried to do our best maka recover, hoping may days makabawi sana but until june this year negative po ang sales at nag sacrifice na tlga kami. We could not even pay the rental fees for 3 months already. That's why we decided to terminate the contract, we need to stop the operation. And this is the problem now, we are obliged to pay the 3 mos arrears for rental, and forfeited deposits. We consider not taking out those fixed items but we hope to get the ref, and the tables set. The most problematic issue in our part is their demand to pay the 3 mos rental, wala ho kasing income tlga for the last 3 months,.
