Good Day,
i just want to seek an advice what should i do with my contractor, the contractor says that by end of September the construction of my house should be finished but as i sees its only at 60% he had only 2 months left and the designed proposal of my house that i was signed was not followed i gave him already almost the full amount of the contract. i am worried about of it cause i felt he is not following all that we been agreed at the very first time we talked pls. help us what we should do in a legal way so we can act accordingly by law.
