Arresto Menor

Ask ko lang po, fully paid ko na po yung house and lot sa Filinvest. More than 1 year na po di pa rin nila binibigay yung land title.
Reason nila still under processing pa daw yung mga legal documents.
San po ba ko pwedeng magreklamo legally?

send them a letter with proof of receipt that you demanded they turn over the title. After which, you can go to HLURB to file a complaint
