Hi, I'm Kae. Actually hindi po ako ang may problema but I would like to ask for your legal advice regarding my uncle's property.
My uncle who works in abroad bought a land in Baguio through Prime XXXXloper. Their office is in Ortigas. Na full payment na po nya yung property 2 to 3 years na ang nakakaraan but until now hindi pa rin po na-iissue ang land title. We have the receipts and other documents to prove that it is already fully paid. We went to Prime Peaks office and asked why until now di pa rin nila ma-issue ang title. We learned from them na nagkaproblema daw po yung mother title ng subdivision kaya di pa masubdivide. Ganun din po yung ibang land owners dun. Until now po, wala pa ring progress and they can never tell when the title will be released. Ngayon po, gusto na ng uncle ko na i-pullout ang naibayad nya since walang kasiguruhan pero they told us na hindi na daw po full amount na naibayad nya ang makukuha, may mga deductions na daw. As much as possible ayaw po pumayag ng uncle ko kasi yung developer naman ang may problema sa pagrerelease ng title at hindi sya.
Gusto ko pong itanong, ano-ano po ba yung mga rights ng uncle ko as a buyer? at ano po ang dapat naming gawin para di mabawasan ang pera na binayad nya?
