Good day, paano po ba masasabi na may illegal road widening? what are the grounds? squatter po ang lugar namin pero may namumuno sa lugar namin. gusto niya po ay mag-road widening and reblocking, hinihingan po ng legal papers ngunit wala naman pong mapakita ang namumuno. Gusto niya pong bawasan ang lahat ng sukat ng bahay pero ayaw niyanh bawasan yung bahay niya. any legal advice po salamat

You should go to your municipal or city hall and ask the necessary government agency there regarding your query as to the legality of the road widening being done in your area. Ideally, they should have the paperworks and documentation that proves the veracity of the project being done in your area.
