Hi,

I have a question, I have a brother name Aquiles zapanta Jr. has currently encountered problem in getting SSS ID.
the conflict is his name in NSO first name: Aquiles Jr and his other government/private ID's first name is Aquiles.
the SSS employee said that his name should be Aquiles Jr Zapanta not Aquiles Zapanta Jr.
My Question is, that his JR should be in the first name? or after surname?
What would be do to correct this error? thanks.

go to the local civil registrar and inquire if this can be corrected administratively as a clerical error.
it seems to be.
