I work online and have a foreign employer but I have no idea how to do my taxes so I have not filed any returns for 8 years. My income is usually 10k a month. But this 2018, I applied for another online job that involves teaching and they required me to file a COR to comply with the train law. This time, I want to include my income from my earlier in my returns but I have no idea how to.
Will there be penalties even if I was earning less that 10k a month for the past 8 years?
