Arresto Menor

Yung asawa ko po nakulong dahil sa Shoplifting amounting to 10k, nakakulong po sya at Monday pa daw po pwede magbail. Pano po kaya yung hearing niya at settlement sa SM malls? nabasa ko po kasi na need pumunta ng MOA to settle pero matagal daw po ang process at natatkot po ako na makulong sya, at pano rin po nababawasan ang bail amount? Salamat po
