Hello po. Itatanong ko lang po kung magkano magpa-notarize..Naalala ko po kase nung nagpanotaryo kami ng deed of sale ng bahay ng namin me certain percentage ng selling price na kinokompute para sa cost ng notaryo. Ilang percent po ba yun? kapag po ba say debt agreement ang pina-notarize ganun din ang computation ng cost ng notaryo...thank you po. hintayin ko po yung reply ninyo. ^-^

actually, notaries are not supposed to charge based on value. if both seller and and buyer are present with their IDs, I'd say P500 should be sufficient.
