Good day po, nagtatrabaho po ako sa isang BPO, i was sent home april 30 dahil lang po sa group chat namin sa messenger ito po ang sakto kong sinabi "narinig ko na sabi ni boss pag hindi tayu pumayag eh magpa file sila nang bankruptcy" sinuspendi ako dahil deniny nang boss ko na sinabi nya yun. Prior to that po magulo na po ang kumpanya kasi gusto nila every other week lang ang pasok nang mga employees kaya may group chat na nacreate. Legal po ba ang preventive suspension na binigay sa akin.

Valid po ba na yung reason kung bakit ako na preventive suspension eh dahil member ako nang isang group chat sa messenger?
