Hi po atty. ask ko lang po kasi po pinahiram po yung sasakyan and sa kasamaang palad nacarnap na po ito. Pero may pending case naman po yung tao. Pag nadefault na po ng monthly amortization sa bank ano po ba pwede mangyari? May laban po ba ako kasi talaga namang po nacarnap na yung sasakyan at may filed case na. Ang insurance ayaw magbayad.

Yung may utang padin ang liable sa bank. kung mag default sya sa payment eh kung ano yung nasa contract na penalty ang sasaluhin nya from the bank. Masisira din credit history nya kung mag default sya.

isn't the car covered by insurance? you should provide the police reports so that the bank can process the claim
