Hello po!

Mag fifile po ako ng BP22 with Estafa case laban sa ninang namin, ngayon po ang nangyari meroon po akong dalawang demand letter na pinadala, yung una po pinirmahan po nya pero po noong nag padala ulit ako ng final demand letter hindi na po nila nirerecieve., kaya po nung mag fifile na ako ng case sabi sa akin ng isang lawyer na ma didismiss daw ang BP 22 kasi hindi daw po na recieve yung final demand letter ko, kaya estafa lang daw po ang pwede ko i kaso, tama po ba ito kahit meroon pong pirma ang una kong demand letter?

Hi po..i need legal advice.nag loan po ako dari na ngrequire to issue pdc.due to some unfortunate events..di ko po nabayaran.
Years later.i found they filed a case.i got in touch with the legal office..made a partial payment of 15k..though kulang pa ako.ng 15k.

Now humihingi sil ulit ng 5k kaso wala na talaga akong maibigay..and they are threatening to issue a warrant.

Is that possible??

Help pls!!!!
