I am working in an IT company. I have a 2yrs bond and excluded of 6 months training. I started working there since June 2010. They trained me here for 4months, however they did not give us the copy of our contract since the day I started. Whenever I am asking for it they always tells me that it is not yet notarized, is the contract valid or not? I am also asking for my TIN number which they can't give me they always reason out that they have a problem with the BIR, knowing that since I started working here they already deducting me for TAX. Is there any possible way that I could resign without paying for the 275k bond for these reasons? Thank you in advance Attorney Godbless.

a contract is valid even if it is not notarized. in fact, the notarization will be invalid if you did not appear before the notary.

your way out of the bond is negotiate an exit. if you resign nevertheless, the company can file a case against you but they will have to prove the value of the training and the reasonableness of the bond amount.
