Hi po. may anak po ako 5 yrs old sa dati kong kinakasama. ngayo po may foreigner boyfriend napo siya at balak daw i adopt ang anak namin nong foreigner. alam ko po na nasa mother ang full custody sa bata. pero wala ho ba akong say sa iasue na adoption? at saka po. madadala ba nang ex ko ang anak namim sa ibang bansa without my consent? i recognized my child sa birthcert.in fact apelyido ko dala nya. salamat po.
