A) an information for violation of section ....... be filed against respondent..."

the respondent will now be charged with the crime in court. the 'information' is the document which describes his offense and at the hearing, the accused will plead guilty or not.

take note if the resolution recommends a bail amount, it means a warrant of arrest is next
