Arresto Menor

Our company issued 5% stocks to three (3) people with the condition that they help in the marketing of our company. If they do not perform at the end of the year, they should return their stocks. There is an agreement about this and all three of them signed.

One of them already surrendered his 5% share thru a letter with his signature.

My question is will this letter be sufficient evidence? Or do we need to make a deed of assignment and have him sign it?

Pls help. Thank you

you will need a proper deed for BIR purposes, but legally the letter will suffice
