Hello,
My name is Dave, i'm european and i'm planning to set up a small food business in the philippines, it will be a little fish and chips shop. I have two friends in the Philippines, i was thinking to make a partnership with them, they are filipinos, so the majority of the business will be owned by filipinos. The question is, Can i make a sort of pre-business contract with them, to assure that i will be the only partner in the business to benefit from profits? For example with a starting payment of an amount and than maybe a fixed amount per year, is it possible to arrange something legally?
Thank you very much.
