kung di ka naman tutungtong ng pinas, hindi ka maaapektuhan ng HDO issued sa pinas (kung tama ang pagkaka intindi ko na nasa Canada ka ngayon at pupunta ka ng HK).
also, hanggat tumatakbo ang kaso, valid ang HDO

yhup im from canada so pwede ako magtraveL different countries except philippines ?? baka kasi kapag nagtour ako hk etc baka naman huLiin ako sa airport di naman ??

As long as di ka tutungtong sa pinas ay di ka madadakip. pero kung sa kasamaang palad ay kinailangan mag emergency landing ng eroplanong sinasakyan mo sa pinas, kahit pa hindi naman ito ang destination mo eh pwede ka padin mahuli.
