Hi po. Resigned na po ako sa previous work ko pero nung finallow up ko sa hr hindi pa daw cleared then kinausap ko po ung boss nmin bakit hindi pa aq cleard ang sabi may inaantay pa na letter from bsp penalties because of reports amended if ever na magkakaruon ng penalties may shoulder ako e pano po un sobrang laki po ng penalties if ever po ba magbabayad po ba aq? Though in good faith nman po ako. Aware nman po ako that time na andun pa aq na may amended na report pero nung last day ako hindi na ako sinabhan or what.

She gave me an option waiver daw po na katunayan accountable pa rin ako para mbgyan nila aq ng clearance kaso ang iniisip ko baka sakin nman ipashoulder un lahat baka lalo akong masisi ppirmahan ko po ba o hindi??

Walang makakasagot sayo dito kasi hindi namin alam yang penalties mo. Ang magandang gawin mo ay maghintay ng actual document na sinisingil ka.

Oo pero ang ilalagay kasi nila sa clearance ko cleared as of today at hahabulin nila ako in case na may dumating na letter ng penalties. Ang point ko lang po baka ako lang ung habulin nila

walang makakasagot dito kung pag pumirma ka ay ikaw lang ang papanagutin since walang may alam sa buong detalye ng case mo at ang company lang din ang may hawak kung ano man ang hahabulin nila sayo kung meron man.

imho kaya ka pinapapirma ng waiver is para hindi mo magamit against sa kanila yung pag issue nila ng clearance since technically, hindi ka pa naman talaga cleared.

Tumawag po ako knina to clear po. Ang sabi sakin knina ilalagay lang po sa clearance na clear ako as of today pero pqg may letter ang bsp hhabulin pa rin ako. Wala nman pong exact waiver tlga na ppirmahan. Thank you
